Technical difficulties! Please read!

Hi friends, this is not a happy update.

Shopify, my website host who manages my credit card payments, has stopped paying me. No, they can't figure out why. They assure me that they are investigating. But what I do know is that it's been 3 weeks since they paid me for orders placed in my shop, specifically those placed with with Shop Pay. And until they pay me, it's hard to operate my business.

It is being escalated through customer service but from a quick google of people who have had the same experience, that could take another couple of weeks before it makes its way through the support queue. 

SO. I have ordered my necessary supplies to complete orders FINALLY, but things are moving more slowly through my system (also because my suppliers are in Tariff Hell and their warehouses are being greatly impacted).

All orders in my system will get shipped. Fact. I have never once, in over 10 years of self-employment, left a customer high and dry, and I don't intend to start now.

HOWEVER. Things might run more slowly than anticipated until they release three weeks' worth of payments to me. I truly am sorry about that. It is completely out of my control. 

I will update as I can, and if you are concerned about your order, please reach out to me. In the meanwhile, placing your orders with Paypal instead of Shop Pay is greatly appreciated!
